Thank you for shopping at CliqueFie! At CliqueFie, our biggest and constant goal is to serve all our respected and loyal customers as much as we can. If you're not completely satisfied with your order or there's something wrong with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! If you would like to cancel your order, make an exchange or just return it, the following detailed policy may help you clearly.
- Compared with the unfriendly "STORE CREDIT" RETURN POLICY of many other online stores and boutiques, all our refund for cancellation or return is just the money you have paid. And all or eligible parts of your payment will be directly returned back to your credit card, debit card or PayPal account balances.
Cancellation Policy (For Payment Successful Orders Before Shipped)
After placing your order before it is shipped, there is still time to change your mind.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund consisting of full shipping cost and product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

- Our customer service gurus will process your request immediately.
- You will get refund within 24 hours if your order cancellation request is approved.
Return Policy (For Payment Successful Orders After Delivery)
After you have received your order, for some reason you would like to return it:
- You must initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery. Otherwise your order will no longer qualify for return.
- Returned merchandise must be UNUSED, with the PACKING SLIP and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGE, otherwise it will not qualify for return. Because it is quite difficult for us to process any returned merchandise not in their original condition. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable for return. (refundable for eligible order cancellation)
- You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please allow 2-5 business days for our return center to receive your return. And just as we have promised above, we will refund you within 24 hours once your qualified return is received.
- Refund should consist of no shipping cost and 100% of product purchase price.
If you would like to return your order, please refer to the following steps:
- Contact email@example.com to send your request.
- Once approved, our customer service gurus will provide you the RETURN ADDRESS via email.
- Pack your returned item(s), UNUSED, with the PACKING SLIP and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
- Ship your returned items to the return address. (Tips: For your sake, please DO NOT use expedited courier like UPS & DHL in general, we recommend the normal economic Post Office service(USPS) or FedEx. Anyway, just choose easiest and cheapest option for yourself.)
- Provide us the Shipping Carrier & Tracking Number for faster return process.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for our return center to receive your return. All return items would go through inspections. Once approved we will refund you within 24 hours.
Please Note: We reserve the right not to process the refund if the returned items do not qualify for return.
